EMC Wins Customer Experience Award

DES MOINES, Iowa (March 21, 2023)—EMC Insurance Companies was recognized as a winner at the CX Transformer Awards during Quadient’s 2023 Inspire Days. EMC was awarded the Best Inspire Migration of the Year.

Quadient is a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels. Quadient’s annual user conference, Inspire Days, was held Feb. 22-24 in Orlando, Fla.

The CX Transformer Awards are presented by Quadient to celebrate companies that best transformed their customer experience during the year.
