EMC Appoints Teresa Miller as Chief Human Resources Officer
DES MOINES, Iowa (Jan. 14, 2022)—EMC Insurance Companies has announced that Teresa Miller has been promoted to senior vice president – chief human resources officer. In this position, Miller will oversee all human resources strategy and activity, including the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards and organizational effectiveness.

Miller joined EMC in 1985 and most recently served as vice president – team member lifecycle. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa and holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
