EMC Cincinnati Branch Named Top Workplace
CINCINNATI, OHIO (June 11, 2018) — The EMC Insurance Companies Cincinnati Branch has been named a Top Workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The list is based solely on team member feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” says Energage CEO Doug Claffey. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
“We are proud to receive this recognition for the second consecutive year,” says Phil Goedde, resident vice president and EMC Cincinnati Branch manager. “It is a strong reflection of our branch culture and the importance that EMC places on the people who work for the company.”
