EMC Named Top Workplace in Cincinnati
CINCINNATI, OHIO (June 10, 2019)—For the third consecutive year, the EMC Insurance Companies Cincinnati Branch has been named a Top Workplace by The Cincinnati Enquirer. The list is based solely on team member feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
"Having a successful branch is like having a successful sports team. You have to have good team members, good management and good leaders at every level," EMC Resident Vice President and Cincinnati Branch Manager Phil Goedde says. "Being named a Top Workplace for three consecutive years is a great indicator of our shared success."
"Top Workplaces is more than just recognition," CEO of Energage Doug Claffey says. "Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results."
