EMC Milwaukee Branch Named Top Workplace
MILWAUKEE, WIS. (May 10, 2018) — The EMC Insurance Companies Milwaukee Branch has been named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The list is based solely on team member feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” says Doug Claffey, Energage chief executive officer. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results.”
“We are proud to be recognized as a Top Workplace in our community,” says Dave R. Young, branch manager of the EMC Milwaukee Branch. “EMC is committed to creating a positive work culture and providing team members with the resources they need to be their best.”
