Policyholder Assistance
If you are a policyholder, please continue to work through your independent insurance agent for assistance with your policy, including any coverage changes or claim reporting needs.
We encourage you to take advantage of EMC’s electronic bill pay options:
- Select Make a Payment on emcins.com for a one-time payment
- Set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) to have payments automatically deducted from the designated bank account each time the premium is due
- Call 855-404-9076 to make a one-time payment
You can also access our secure Policyholder Access website to manage your policy, billing and claims.
Colorado Policyholders
View the Customer Notifications page for information regarding reasonable accommodations to prevent individuals and businesses from losing coverage due to cancellation for the non-payment of premium during this unprecedented time.
On-Site Services
Our risk improvement and premium audit field personnel have suspended on-site inspections and premium audit visits. We will complete as much loss control and premium audit work as possible through phone, email and mail. Our claims representatives will handle individual claims on a case-by-case basis to determine if a physical visit to a claims site is necessary.
