- Q. What is Policyholder Access?
- A. Policyholder Access is a secure site on emcinsurance.com where personal insurance policyholders can view policy information, review billing statements, make a payment, print duplicate auto ID cards and more. Click here for more information.
- Q. How do I sign up for Policyholder Access?
- A. All policyholders were mailed a letter when Policyholder Access became available in their states, which included a one-time registration key. All you need to sign up is an account number, the date of birth on the policy and that one-time registration key.
- Q. What do I do if I cannot find my one-time online registration key to sign up for Policyholder Access?
- A. If you have not received a letter, or if you have misplaced your
one-time registration key, you can request a registration key by following these steps:
- Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the emcinsurance.com homepage
- Select Personal Insurance Policyholder on the left
- Select First time logging in?, located in the gray box
- Click Request Registration Key

- Q. Are EMC’s internet services always available?
- A. The internet services available after logging in may be taken off-line for routine maintenance and updates Wednesdays between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and on Sundays between 6 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. (Central time). Downtime during these periods can be expected to occur without notification. If our internet services are taken off-line at a time other than this, a notice is posted on our secure service homepages.
