Policyholder Access on emcins.com gives you quick, secure access to your personal insurance information. And should you ever experience a loss on your home, auto, motorcycle or dwelling policy, you can easily report your claim online.*

In Policyholder Access you can:

• View your policy information
• Review your billing statements
• Make an online payment with a credit card, debit card or checking account
• Report a home, auto, motorcycle or dwelling claim
• Find your agent’s contact information
• Order new auto ID cards

How to Register

It’s quick and easy to sign up for Policyholder Access:

1. Click Login in the upper right corner on any emcins.com page
2. Select Personal Insurance Policyholder as the login type
3. Click First time logging in?

All you need is your billing account number, date of birth and the one-time registration key you received in the mail. If you don’t have your registration key, click Request Registration Key.

Reporting Claims Online

Reporting claims online is simple. Log into Policyholder Access and click Report a Claim on the right side of the homepage. Select the policy for which you wish to report a claim, and then we’ll walk you through the process.

Only the most basic information is needed to report a claim online; however, providing additional information may help us process your claim faster. Once your claim is submitted, you will be contacted by an EMC claims adjuster and your insurance agent is notified.

If you prefer, you can contact your independent insurance agent to report a claim. You may also want to contact your agent if you:

• Suffer a severe loss
• Are uncertain about your insurance coverage
• Want to submit a claim on a policy other than personal auto, motorcycle, homeowners or dwelling
• Have general questions regarding your claim
