Code of Corporate Conduct

Our guidelines for ethical conduct are outlined in our Code of Corporate Conduct. The document addresses the need to do business in a legal and ethical manner, including the need to use all efforts to avoid potential conflicts of interest. Every director, officer and employee (covered person) takes this code seriously and it is included in our company handbook.
All covered persons are asked to sign an acknowledgment reaffirming their commitment to our company code.
