Full-time and part-time regular team members are eligible to enroll in health insurance. Coverage is effective the first of the month following or coinciding with your enrollment.

EMC provides disability coverage at no cost to team members. Team members are eligible for short-term and long-term disability insurance the first of the month following or coinciding with the first day of employment.

Wellness specialists are available to assist all team members with any health and wellness questions. Employee Assistance Program
EMC contracts with Employee Family Resources (EFR) to provide team members and their family members free, confidential (within legal limits) and professional counseling services. The employee assistance program (EAP) provides services related to a wide variety of issues.
