Agent Access

Agent Access is the secure area for agents within the EMC Insurance Companies website, emcinsurance.com. The security features (for example, the password requirement) provide protection for information, reports, and functions on EMC’s systems and during transmission between EMC and the PC you are using.

Internet Services
Services available on Agent Access include internet quote; policy, claims and billing inquiry; agent reports; and agent manuals and forms. For more information on internet services, click here.

Accessing Information
As an agent, you need a password to access information on Agent Access. Contact your agency’s user administrator who will facilitate getting you a password and other sign on information.

User Administrators
Each agency has at least one user administrator who is responsible for administering security access within their agency/office for EMC Agent Access. Several tools are provided within Agent Access under the Agency Relations tab to assist the user administrator in managing security access for the agency.

The user administrator’s access is managed by the local EMC branch office. For access authorization to Agent Access, contact your local EMC branch office.

Download
Personal and commercial policy download and direct bill statement download update your agency management system with the latest information. EMC downloads BOP, workers’ compensation, commercial property, business auto, commercial umbrella, homeowners, personal auto, motorcycle, dwelling, and umbrella policies and direct bill statements.

Real-Time Interface
EMC supports independent agents by providing quick access directly from your agency management system into our website and efficient download of your customer data. EMC works closely with various agency management system providers and is a leader in the development of real-time interface technology.

A link interfaces with the EMC website from your agency management system and takes you directly into your customer’s information. In other words, you no longer need to exit your agency management system to access the EMC website.
