How to Submit an Application
There are two options for submitting an application to EMC:
- Option 1:
Print a PDF
fill it out and mail it to:
- EMC Insurance Companies
- Attn: Human Resources
- 717 Mulberry
- Des Moines, IA 50309
- Option 2: Download the application as a
Microsoft Word document.
- Fill it out using MS Word, and then save the document. It can be printed and mailed to the above address or emailed to Employment@EMCIns.com.
Applications mailed to EMC should be signed before submitting. Thank you.
