• We investigate every claim
• We explain what’s covered and what isn’t covered
• We pay the claims we owe as quickly as possible

Report a Claim

Policyholders can report claims any time of the day or week using our toll-free claim reporting number at 888-362-2255. You can also report home, personal auto, motorcycle and dwelling claims online through Policyholder Access. And, of course, you can always contact your independent insurance agent or EMC’s local claim office to report a claim.
