Annual Reports/Proxy

Going forward, we are furnishing proxy materials to our stockholders primarily via the internet. Internet distribution is designed to expedite receipt by stockholders, lower the cost of the annual meeting and conserve natural resources by reducing the environmental impact of printing and mailing hard copies.

Stockholders of record may vote their shares by following the instructions on the Notice Regarding the Availability of Proxy Materials mailed to stockholders on April 13, 2012. Stockholders must be able to present their proxy control # (12-digit number provided on the Notice and/or the Proxy Card) when voting by internet or by telephone.
