At EMC, our approach to handling claims is simple:
Agents can report claims by using 24-Hour Claim Reporting at 888-362-2255, faxing or emailing their local EMC branch office, by first notice of loss upload,* or online through Agent Access (personal lines and selected commercial lines claims only).
Policyholders can report claims any time of the day or week using our toll-free claim reporting number. If you are a participating agent, your personal lines customers can also report claims online through Policyholder Access. Our local claim representatives are close by, ready to answer your customers’ questions and respond to their needs.
