EMC Insurance Group Inc. (EMCI), EMC’s publicly held holding company, is listed on the “100 Most Trustworthy Companies” list published by Forbes on March 18, 2013. The highest score in this year’s list is 99, and EMCI achieved that top score in the small-cap category. The Forbes list identifies companies that are “the most transparent and trustworthy businesses that trade on American exchanges.”
